How to use Illusion Gel:

1. Apply an appropriate amount of product to the eyelash extensions, avoiding direct contact with the skin.

2. Leave to act for between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the type of glue used.

3. Gently remove the extensions using microbrushes or tweezers.

4. Cleanse the area with micellar water, eyelash mousse or a two-phase remover.

Orders are prepared Monday through Saturday. They are available for in-store pickup or will be shipped within 4 days. The delivery times indicated begin from the date the order is shipped.

In the event that a return or exchange is requested, the Buyer may only make the request from the date of receipt of their order.

The product(s) for which the Buyer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal or exchange must be handed over and/or returned in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unused or damaged, accompanied by accessories, samples, instructions, etc.).

Bivolash undertakes, subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above, to reimburse the Buyer (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the products.
