OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Store the extensions in a dry place, away from heat and sunlight.

2. Cleaning extensions from the nail plate can be done with the ACCELERATOR. Used just before application, it improves adhesion for approximately 40 minutes.

3. If the strip becomes stickier due to heat or humidity, clean it with the Accelerator.

4. Use a lash plate to organize the extensions by lengths, thicknesses, and curls.

5. Attach the strip to the plate without touching the extensions, by pressing lightly on the edges of the sticker.

6. Do not grasp the extensions by the tips with the pliers (especially for thin thicknesses), in order to avoid any deformation.

7. Use only the thicknesses suited to your techniques, respecting the weight supported by the natural eyelash.

Orders are prepared Monday through Saturday. They are available for in-store pickup or will be shipped within 4 days. The delivery times indicated begin from the date the order is shipped.

In the event that a return or exchange is requested, the Buyer may only make the request from the date of receipt of their order.

The product(s) for which the Buyer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal or exchange must be handed over and/or returned in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unused or damaged, accompanied by accessories, samples, instructions, etc.).

Bivolash undertakes, subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above, to reimburse the Buyer (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the products.
