Hygiene precautions:

Each CilsJo applicator is for single use, thus ensuring optimal hygienic conditions for every application. This helps guarantee the safety and satisfaction of your clients, while maintaining high professional standards.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and handed over to the carrier within 48 hours. The indicated delivery times begin from the date the order is dropped off with the carrier.

In the event that a return or exchange is requested, the Buyer may only make such a request upon receipt of their order.

The product(s) for which the Buyer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal or exchange must be returned and/or sent back in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unused or undamaged, accompanied by accessories, samples, instructions, etc.).

LashBoutik undertakes, subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above, to reimburse the Buyer (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the products are recovered.
