Tabya Lashes' Soft Cleanser is your ally for preparing natural lashes before applying extensions. Ultra-gentle and specially formulated for sensitive or allergic eyes, it reduces the risk of reactions while ensuring optimal glue adhesion .

Instructions for use (professional use):

1. After shampooing eyelashes, apply the Soft Cleanser using micro-brushes from root to tip.

2. Next, apply the primer and proceed with the installation.

Orders are prepared Monday through Saturday. They are available for in-store pickup or will be shipped within 4 days. The delivery times indicated begin from the date the order is shipped.

In the event that a return or exchange is requested, the Buyer may only make the request from the date of receipt of their order.

The product(s) for which the Buyer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal or exchange must be handed over and/or returned in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unused or damaged, accompanied by accessories, samples, instructions, etc.).

Bivolash undertakes, subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above, to reimburse the Buyer (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the products.
