To preserve the precision of the tips:

1. Clean the tweezers after each use.
2. Gently remove any residue.
3. Disinfect with a product suitable for professional instruments.
4. Dry thoroughly after disinfection.
5. Store the tweezers away from impacts and humidity.

Avoid dropping or impacting the tips to maintain their precision.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and handed over to the carrier within 48 hours. The indicated delivery times begin from the date the order is dropped off with the carrier.

The product(s) for which the Buyer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal or exchange must be returned and/or sent back in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unused or undamaged, accompanied by accessories, samples, instructions, etc.).
